HOW TO PLAY: Send in your "morning wake up" themed photo, Entry Information and On Air Release for a chance to be selected to play the Trivia Game. Each day, one contestant will be randomly selected for a chance to play "Live's Daily Dial Trivia" on the show. If provided, the contestant's photo may be featured on LIVE when they receive a phone call from the hosts or they may have the option to live video chat with the hosts using Skype. The hosts will spin a prize wheel to give the contestant the opportunity to either answer that day's trivia question about a previous show's broadcast or a general question about the show. ONLINE PHOTO ENTRY:
After submitting your Online Entry, download and print this On Air Release;
then complete, sign and scan the On Air Release and email it to Live@enteractivesolutions.com
or you have the option to upload your signed and scanned On Air Release form on the Thank You page once you've successfully submitted your
online Online Entry.
The email subject line must contain your first name, last name and the email address you used in your Online Entry.
Once we have your On Air Release, we will keep it for subsequent Internet Entries, so please email
just one!
All Online entries must upload or email their completed On Air Release to be eligible to play Live's Daily Dial Trivia. Online Entries must
be received by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on March 22, 2012.
MAIL PHOTO ENTRY:
Legibly handwrite on a postcard (no larger than 5 x 7) your first and last name, date of birth, complete home address and your daytime telephone
number where you can be reached between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. ET for regularly scheduled Show tapings. Then, complete and sign
an On Air Release; select your "Wake up" photo (not to exceed 5" x 7"); and mail together in an envelope (no larger than 6" x 8") to:
