HOW TO PLAY: Send in your "Morning Wake Up" themed photo, Entry Information and
On Air Release for a chance to be selected to play the
Trivia Game. Each day, one contestant will be randomly selected for a chance to play "LIVE's Spring into Spring Travel
Trivia" on the show. If provided, the contestant's photo may be featured on LIVE! when they receive a phone call from the
hosts or they may have the option to live video chat with the hosts using Skype. The hosts will spin a prize wheel to give
the contestant the opportunity to either answer that day's trivia question about a previous show's broadcast or a general
question about the show.

Download and print this On Air Release;
then complete, sign and scan the On Air Release and email it to Live@enteractivesolutions.com.
The email subject line must contain your first name, last name and the email address you used in your Online Entry.
Once we have your On Air Release, we will keep it for subsequent Online Entries, so please email
just one!
